no fancy bells and whistles that you are forced to get these days.

Go on...

All manufactures still sell stripped down trim levels and most dealers have several on the lot at any given time.

I will never understand why easy facts get downvoted in vehicle threads If you want a basic truck, you can still buy one. No special order or anything needed.

The OT loves to pretend that all manufacturers offer are $50k+ trucks.

I have a friend who drives between Louisville and Chicago to carry equipment for Walmart every day of the week and back. It doesn't take long to put a lot of miles on a car if you are a delivery person.

I’d be really disappointed if I took the time to put a million miles on any vehicle then I traded it in and all I got was a shitty Nissan Frontier. woof

Stripped down today ain't what it used to be, but they are certainly available.

You can even get the token douchewagon, a diesel F250 4x4 with no cruise control, crank windows, and manual hubs.

as everyone else said, if it aint broke leave it the hell alone, i wish ford and gm would understand this and go back to the basic simple truck designs they had in the 90s

They did. But I am pretty sure it is at Schriever Auto Parts. Looking at the video of the truck it was a Visions Hot Shot truck. Same truck, same tear on the seat.

I had a Honda Accord that had around 600,000 miles on it when I got rid of it. I did not put all of those miles on it though.
