They won't let up till he cancels it all. He made that campaign promise and they're holding him to it.
Honestly I'm not mad, they have the balls to hold him accountable for what he said he would do. Kudos to them.

Capitalizing all races except for “white” tells me everything I need to know about these types.

I went to look for her source of the debt numbers and found these two facts in an article. Read these two slowly and then ponder what the factors could be. Again, these are both post-graduation.
quote:
- Four years after graduation, 48% of Black students owe an average of 12.5% more than they borrowed.
- After that same period, 83% of White students owe 12% less than they borrowed.

Agreed. Cancel none of it for anybody.

In before: It's structural racism to cancel $10k in student loans because more whites attempt college. Therefore, you should give $10k cash to blacks that didn't even attend college.

TLDR - White people are paying down their loans, black people aren’t.
Considering the rates of a lot of these loans, owing 12% over the initial amount means you not only weren’t paying principal but were likely getting slammed hard with fees for non-payment.

seeing this makes me want to go out in a blaze of glory to eternal ban land but I'm not good enough to post all of the things I'd like to be able to

I seriously doubt the average black woman is $52k in debt for student loans. In fact, I'm damn near certain they aren't. The truth of the matter is that, if we're to believe how downtrodden the average black person is, nearly every one of them would qualify for grants, not loans, grants. Meaning, they have no debt to pay back because the government footed the bill for them.
If they went ahead and borrowed $52k anyway, that shite is on them.

Frick it. At this point we are printing money after printing money put us in a recession. Let's just give everyone who over 21 $10K. If you still owe on a federally backed loan then the money goes to that and anything leftover goes to you. Anyone who doesn't owe gets the money. They're just trying to buy midterm votes, may as well go all out, at least the money will go stateside and not to fight a pseudo war in eastern europe.

For once I agree. So no debt cancellation. Pay what you owe!
