The fact that you even have to say all of the above is insanity.

There are two seperate arguments in this thread

1. Should the mandate be driven from the govt. I haven’t seen support at all

2. Does being vaccinated help slow the spread

Those aren’t related arguments at all

For one, I don’t think seatbelts should be required by law, but I absolutely think they make you safer

Again, how will businesses know when they won't have access to some medical covid vaccine database to cross check all their patrons or fans entering a building?

Economy crippled. Oh and the new administration wants to raise taxes and ran on a platform of raising taxes.
Vast majority of senior citizens are vaccinated along with most of the adult population
I could go on and on with the amount of things the people have done

But yea weve done absolutely nothing. In so many words, piss the frick off.

You somehow forgot to add they stole a presidential election based off of the danger of covid and mail in voting scheme. Not sure its relevant but i'm sure its relevant.

You don't even have a clue what i was saying.

It was an entirely separate conversation and point beyond mandates which I do not support in any way.

I will expect your apology once you have the smarts to figure out what was being said.

While I adamantly oppose measures such as this and think them flagrantly illegal, not being able to get into a restaurant because you don't want a vaccine is not really the equivalent of having your entire life's work taken from you, your family separated, sent on a train to a death camp to work and starve, and then loaded into ovens by the thousands and incinerated because you were born into a religious group. Get a grip.

In the beginning the Jews were only required to wear the star on their clothing, then they had to show their papers, then they were rounded up and segregated to the ghetto's, then their businesses were labeled and basically forced to close. It was much later in Hitler's ethnic cleansing campaign that Jews were transported to death camps.

No. Nobody should have to provide anything. Lotoya is a fricking idiot

This is more of Teedy making a national name for herself to try and get the Marc Morial post mayor retirement gig.

Because these are private businesses, and they can run them how they please?

Just get vaccinated and it’s not a problem.

They didnt start by just loading people up and sending them to death camps, you realize that...right? It was a slow moving process.

Doing nothing would have put us past this whole “emergency” months ago. Now the do something crowd requires 0 COVID cases before the reins are loosened. That goal is unattainable for a reason.

yeah IDGAF argument #2. I think there is enough data to suggest it in all likelihood slows the spread significantly. cool.

but don’t be absurd enough to believe that there isn’t a portion of the population who are celebrating this mandate.
