Emily Maw is a dumb piece of shite. She lives in a cluttered house in the hood of the lower 9th ward. Absolutely the most professional hippie lifestyle. Her and her husband who is also a lawyer, live like people who work at McDonald's not Lawyers.

Jason Williams is in over his head and this is the result, although he did seemed shocked at what Ms. Maw was doing when he heard about it. For everyone who dogs Hillar, it could be a million times worse.

Why do liberals always demand more strict gun laws on the one hand but on the other hand then refuse to actually enforce said gun laws once passed?

It isn't about the guns, but WHO has the guns.

IF/When the left gets their way and they can confiscate guns, where do you think they will go first to start this process? You think they will go into the most violent areas of their cities and get the guns, or do you think they will target suburbs with law-abiding citizens? Rhetorical question.

This. In the recent mass shooting at Michigan St., the a-hole shooter had multiple prior gun charges. But the progressive pretending to be DA (like Jason here) dismissed the charges or refused to prosecute because systemic racism. He ended up killing multiple college kids.

No. What you need is a real DA who will enforce the existing gun laws already on place that would have completely avoided this tragedy. Stupid fricks.

Because they'll go more lenient on crimes that disproportionally affect black people.
The progressive idea of justice isn't solving crimes. Its making the statistics look better.

She's a nutjob who not only needs to be fired, but needs to lose her bar admission as well.
I'm the one in the original thread who even said WTF are we even doing having court on Mardi Gras Day... that is not normal. She clearly took advantage of a situation to push her insane liberal ideas while the adults were actually out of the office.
Even the defense attorneys were shocked at her behavior.

Yup. He has no idea how to run that office... and he's also moonlighting as an attorney for a private law firm.
The prior DA well exceeded his authority with the fake subpoena issue.
But Williams seems to have no idea how to use his authority at all.
