The next headline will be: “reimposing mask mandates is ‘on the table.’”
They’ll then cite the May 2020 emergency proclamation as the source of their authority for reimposing mask mandates without any notice and public comment hearing.
We’ve seen this movie so many times.
Eta: and this makes the City’s “mootness” argument in the lawsuit challenging the mandates even more disingenuous (which I previously thought to be unattainable).

Yes they tested for Covid, strep, and the flu. Turns out it was just bat flu. Took an at home test and it was also positive.
