What a dumb attempt at a counterpoint, Lester

I must have missed the huge protest of bar and restaurant owners and employees picketing City Hall. Anyone got a link to that?
At the end of the clip, which aired last night on Laura Ingraham's show, Arroyo said that many restaurant owners declined to be filmed because they feared retribution from the Mayor.

Yep.
A city based on tourism telling people to frick off always ends well. It's OK, not like the city is canceling events that bring in international visitors. Oh, wait...

Care to explain this Lester?

What a shithole, certain groups of people have really ruined that city

It's like dropping a second bomb on Hiroshima.

While I think this mandate is ridiculous and will probably have some shitty consequences eventually, 4 days in, in AUGUST, it isn't doing shite.
Its August. This is by far the slowest time of year for Restaurants in NOLA. Many close for much of the month in regular times.

We had a 700/night room booked for mid october to see some late night shows after jazz fest. 2 sets of tickets for both nights, and probably $200 in ubers. Throw in food and booze, and its easily a 3k weekend. Is that a ton? not really, but it will be spent in another city that weekend who wants the revenue, and not just the bailout.

So the business owners, that pay close attention to their numbers and data, are probably just panicking over a downtick that just so happens to coincide with an overreaching mandate? So no businesses closed from the last go-around meaning none should panic now even if they are already seeing revenue declines in "just 4 days"?
Cool. Glad you are smarter than everyone else. We just need to get your message to the businesses so they know not to panic since it's only been 4 days. I am sure their suppliers, staff, and other overhead will all wait to get paid since Lester Earl on Tigerdroppings said it's only been 4 days.

This.
Katie’s, Clesi’s, and an art gallery owned by a republican mayor candidate aren’t exactly painting the whole picture. Restaurants on Freret look as busy as always.

Oh snap
On flip side Lester is prob a poor.
Can’t squeeze blood from a turnip.
Lonn could however publicly humiliate this loser which is just as good.
