How do you fix a racial monolith voting block that votes along party lines, and a party fully aware that they won't lose the vote no matter what they do, or don't do?

It has to be fixed one person at a time. And those of us who have been blessed have to resist the black pill.
Even if people are unwilling to be altruistic at this point, they need to resist abandoning the fight, because the fight is coming to everyone’s doorstep eventually, and if it already seems too tall a task, how’s it going to seem further down the road?
