You sound as extreme as Malcolm Jenkins and some of these others did today. New Orleans has many shithole aspects and a complete buffoon of a mayor. But those are things that it has had for many years. The only new thing is the white guilt parties over the last decade with these white, hipster-types where the females are more manly than the males. And frankly, a good portion of them probably go to your school (Tulane).

The rest of the country has never hated New Orleans. Quite the opposite. If they did, it would have been buried a long time ago without the massive tourism industry considering the imbeciles we always have in charge. Latoilet has some problems right now though with no tourism to speak of other than shite-stirrers visiting the city to "protest".

And as much as I hate everything that's going on right now, I'd still rather be here than in New York, California, Pennsylvania, etc. Much worse shite is going on in those places right now. I ain't going anywhere. I will outlast these outcasts and in a few years many of these transplants who just like to start shite will be back in whatever state they came from living in their parents basements, "filling out applications" and attending protests back in their home states. And I will still be posting about whoever the new retard mayor is and wonder why I'm so dumb for still being in New Orleans. But there is still a lot that I love about it and I was born here, so those motherfrickers won't change me and won't chase me out.

Fans?

Drew’s own TEAMMATES couldn’t go on Twitter fast enough to unleash hate on him. Gotta get those likes and retweets. Grown arse men. It’s absurd.

Not him. Not saying my name on here though. He was a district chief not superintendent of the entire department.

Born and raised in Nola and will never live in the city limits ever again. Only visit when I absolutely have to be there. I wish it was a better place.

Nola doesn’t deserve Drew Brees. Let the Winston era begin!

Seeing protesters in the streets chanting “frick Drew Brees” a man who has donated millions of dollars and spent countless hours of his own time doing charitable works for the city. It pains me to have been born there or ever be associated with the city of New Orleans. Here’s a man who helps out the needy and hungry, gave NOLA its only Super Bowl, and now in the blink of an eye he’s the most hated man in the city all because of a misconstrued partial snippet of what he said in an interview for Yahoo finance.

He’s not near the most hated man in the city. Most of these protesters are not from here and don’t live here.

But the media backlash is insane.

As I said in another thread:

They picked one of the nicest, most generous, least controversial, most loved, most respected, most statically great football players of all time and are trying to destroy his life and his reputation because he said the statement “I’ll never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America“

Think about that.

So far this week Drew Brees is being destroyed because he said you should respect the flag and multiple people have lost jobs for saying all lives matter meanwhile the entire media and most professional athletes and Hollywood stars are condoning and financially supporting the violent and senseless riots irreparably destroying cities and livelihoods and lives of people and communities because one single cop, who was immediately fired and arrested, used shitty technique to accidentally kill a career criminal high on meth.

If they’ll do that to Drew, imagine what they’ll do to you.

It’s ironic that you’re doing the same thing to nola that you are criticizing nola for doing to Brees.

You are taking the actions of a small minority of professional agitators and branding an entire city.

Brees is being criticized across the country , fairly and unfairly. Other than the fact he plays for the saints this isn’t something isolated to New Orleans. How is fricking lebrons criticism New Orleans fault

this my friend is simply not true. I often have others around the country express the exact opposite when I tell them where I’m from. People generally love and admire New Orleans. Very rarely do they have a clue how bad the education, crime, job market is.

Texas may have slipped due to all the idiots from CA moving there to ruin their next state, but it’s still a gazillion times better than Louisiana. And I’ve lived a significant amount of time in both.
