Assuming you're serious, it's a floor press. Does wonders for the top half of your bench press. Lots of guys tend to get "stuck" about half way up on heavy bench. Floor press makes a huge difference.

Benched 320 today after 6 weeks of zero bench press work.

Personal best was 325 about 8 weeks ago.

that is a piece that market to the mobility crowd. I have no effin clue if that is high low or what. Hell i don't even understand how to use it.

but there bars, cages, benches and other items are extremely well priced. compare their ohio power bar to the texas power bar. compare their ab-3 bench to the rae crowthers nebula awesome utility bench. compare their benchs to hammer strength or even elitefts.

don't really understand the concept of your post but I am speaking more of people complaining about their pricing on bars, benches, machines and racks. They are cheaper than almost all of their direct competitors. sure I can goto get rxd and save a little but it isn't much and its coming from china. or I can get a titan rack off of amazon from china for a third of the price with shitty welds. But compared to elitefts, sorinex, powerlift, reflex, williams strength and rae crowthers their direct direct competitors, they are cheaper. and are right in line with their crossfit competitors in fringe, againfaster, getrxd and others with better quality than those companies and better warrenties in most cases and way way better customer service.

Rogue is a good ole american success story. They identified a niche market early before it blew up and got behind it. Essentially the perfect success story, identify a trend and develop items to serve that market. They then combined with american craftsmanship, assembly line style production, plug and play assembly and amazing customer service. perfect recipe for success.

as much as the rogue fan boys get on my nerves and as much as they piss me off sometimes with their lack of offerings in places, have to give credit due where it is deserved. they are a great company.

Not sure why so many people are downvoting and clowning the op.

My buddy built a home gym and bought one of these combo bars, I tried it out last night for the first time and the op is right.... it's amazing all the different shite u can do with it.

Edit- you can deadlift with it easily

Dumbbells is my go to. Shoulders feel great ever since I went strictly to them.

Do it! The gym where I workout has the Elitefts version and it is a game changer.

It helps with my shoulder issues. The best part is it allows one to hold onto the rack for extra/ forced reps. Squats are actually much more challenging than a straight bar and it works the hell out stabilization in the bottom of the squat.
