I can see thinking it's a great place if all you want to do is hang out at a resort. If that's your thing, I'm not here to knock it. Not my cup of tea. We went to a mid-range resort there a decade or so back and I wasn't all that impressed with the area as a whole, but I'm not a resort type person either.

It’s a great place with great golfing. The fishing guide mostly suck unless you find an ex-pat.

The Hard Rock Resort is excellent. Can get top shelf bottles to your room 24/7 free with the inclusive package, also has a sports book and casino.

Majestic Colonial and Majestic Elegance are pretty nice. Stayed at both. Both have an option to stay in the adults-only section so no screaming kids running around the buildings/pools/bars and such.

It was the honeymoon hotspot about 7-10 years ago.

That has now shifted to St. Lucia.

stayed at The Sanctuary. It's the best all inclusive resort I have ever stayed in
