Be thankful that a hurricane can’t blow the trees onto the roof of your house, and pick the leaves up knowing that they are adding to the oxygen you breathe.

I highly doubt many leaves blow into your yard. Plus who likes living in neighborhoods with no trees. One of the many reasons I will always try to live in well established older neighborhoods. Large lots, abundance of trees, no cookie cutter homes, quality of construction, etc.

Your wife is right. You’re being an a-hole.
So be the a-hole we all know you are and get her to pick up the fricking leaves.

Mow them with a mulching kit. They make good fertilizer for you yard in the spring.

I keep my yard manicured and well-kept at all times. I don't have any trees b/c I don't feel like constantly raking throughout fall/winter months. Well the people across the street have 2 large Magnolia trees that drop their leaves like crazy and they NEVER rake these up. Of course, inevitably, when it's windy, their leaves blow onto my lawn. We're not talking a small amount of leaves here either. I want to get my blower out and blow them back into their yard, but my wife thinks I'm being an a-hole. I told her that it's their leaves and I'm just giving them back. What would yall do?
So, if the neighbor "NEVER" rakes them up and you blow them back in his yard, won't they just blow right back into your yard again? Obviously, the leaves in his yard don't bother him, so he probably won't care anyway.

I came into the thread to make a joke on that and couldn't believe it made it to the third page before a mention

Poison both trees and blame it on Harvey Updyke.

Rake em up. He's asserting his dominance over you.

Be thankful that you have at least one neighbor who appreciates trees. If you don't like trees, buy one of those cookie cutter houses in a subdivision that was a cow pasture last year.

It is my first fall in NW Arkansas. The leaves are pretty. BTW, it is not like your neighbor is being a dick. Suck it up.

Talk with them once.

I would show up early one morning with your blower and clean up his leaves for him while making as much noise as possible.

its a fricking tree, not a dog shitting on your lawn.
A neighbor let's his dog shite on all the neighbor's lawns. Everyone is pissed. At least three of us have talked to him, he hasn't done anything about it. I just get the shovel and fling it on his lawn.

This makes me laugh because of my previous post. If you blow them back in his yard, the wind will just blow them back into your yard since he NEVER rakes.
