I know inclines work the upper part of the pecs.

I would say diamond pushups but I do those easily and don't have near the definition in my chest that I want.

Bench press doesn't help?

Bench. You cant isolate a specific portion of a muscle. Some say flys and pec dec help bring up definiton in the middle though.

Probably need to worry more about your insecurity issues first

But seriously, bench press and fly exercises not getting it done? More cardio instead of worrying about lifts might be your best bet.

And losing bodyfat is the best way to make that area harder and more defined.

I do flys and I don't know what it is but I don't feel it. I think my shoulders are just too weird or something.

I have to think of something because my chest is probably my most unimpressive part of my body.

Sabi maybe try using a lighter weight on flys and really squeeze at the top portion of the movement.

There's a warmup exercise I do prior to benching that might help, the program I use calls it a "hex press."

You press two hexagonal db's together and perform a neutral grip bench press, really pushing toward the top of the movement.

Start light.

I feel like the next step after this is to go full Johnny Drama and get calf implants.

You need to eat to pack on more mass. I know that.

Close grip bench

Single handed dumbbell bench. Doing the single handed really makes you emphasize stability and leads to focusing on really tightening your chest.

Dips. Lots and lots of dips. Weighted if you're strong enough. If you aren't, work up to doing them weighted. If you could only do one upper body exercise, it should be dips.

Is that the same as single arm?
