enough. If you aren't, work up to doing them weighted. If you could only do one upper body exercise, it should be dips.
This has been the Gospel, according to Dorian.
Praise be to Yates.

Get over to the cable machine. Do cable flys every time you do chest. Best chest exercise there is. Vary it from low to high.

Is that the same as single arm?
Yeah

Lifting weights is bad for your joints. Try swimming instead

How you get them middle of the pecs stronger, harder and more defined?
Phrasing?
Seriously, cable crossovers and incline flyes are what you want here - particularly cable crossovers - you maintain tension on the pecs through the exercise and as a secondary chest exercise to presses and dumbbell raises, really helps increase definition in that area. I'm cooling on flyes over the years because as I get the weight up, my shoulders never feel right. Cables don't yank around my shoulders nearly as much.

Try modifying your hand and arm position as you do flys until you isolate the part of the peck you want to develop. Rotate the bells as they come together. Pinkies in should hit the lower inside point.
Also, bringing the fly beyond midpoint on a machine might help.
Or, one knee on end of bench and one hand "curl" without using the elbow and bring the bell across your chest up toward the opposite ear - should hit the inner high point.
Be warned, large defined pecks today become man boobs in middle age.

I always feel flys in the "outer" portion of my chest muscle. To the point that the limiting factor almost feels like its in my shoulder (I've had shoulder problems since high school). I always felt like I hit the inner chest on closed grip exercises. I'd always do several sets with dumbbells very close together. But as others have said, it is one muscle, so I could just be feeling pumped up in one area but not really building muscle there. I'm not muscular looking guy, just workout for my health.

Chad, here's what you do.
Put 2 plates on a bar. Place that bar on the ground.
Get down and do 20 push ups using the bar as a handle.
Stand up and dead lift that bar 10 times. Repeat this until you can't.
Do this every day for a month and report back. You're welcome!

While we're doing gym tips how do you get that layer of fat off the top of your abs- seriously, I work all summer on it and cut intake to the point of losing mass elsewhere and nothing.

Some people just have more fat over their midsection than others. I'm one of those people. I hear doing weighted ab exercises can help.
