You can't really focus on certain areas of your pecs it's all genetics and you need to run and eat well to lose the fat
Jogging 5 miles or doing some intense deadlifts or squats will do more to improve your jiggly titties then actually bench pressing at this point
All kidding aside to go get em, mate Adderall is a great appetite suppressant btw

I think dips do better than bench for growth and strength. When I did 435 on bench, I rarely did bench. I did heavy dips with 5 plates (I weighed 210), close grip bench for tris and negatives

Where's the downvote hate coming from?

I downvoted you because my max is only 335.

Good reason. Let the hate flow through you to the weight room.

you want to gain mass, get more defined tits, and lose ab fat.
thats tough to do all at once.
Try get the mass first then cutting down for definition.

You'll get way more serious answers and advice if you post a handbra pic.

I don't do dips right now because they inflame my shoulder

Try static exercises like negative pushups with a 10 second hold on the way down. You want to put more stress on your muscle for a longer period of time. A person can go into the gym and do 4 sets of flat bench dumbbell press for same number of reps and sets and get a vastly different feeling depending on focus and mental state and how the reps are executed. Try more time with stress on the muscle and rest less between sets. If you want more hardness, lose body fat.

The reality is to not think about moving the weight but think about squeezing the right muscles... The weight will move.

I always think about pushing against the opposite way when I do bench and squats. I think about pushing against the floor with squats and pushing against the bench for bench press.

When I do presses I say I'm pulling rather than pushing. That's how I look at it.
Maybe mouton is right. Maybe I should go to lighter weight and start pinching more.

I think technique is the most important thing. You can get pretty strong on a particular lift but won't reach your potential without technique.
I'm currently practicing technique with deadlifts. I was never able to deadlift heavy since high school. My coach taught me wrong and I was putting my hips too low. I am only deadlifting a max of 225 right now so that I can get the technique down and progress from there when I'm ready.
I found a few videos on youtube that I like that involves Rippetoe teaching. I really like the way he teaches because he gives a reason and not a "Do this and don't question it."
