Unless the child comes out a way different color - I wouldn’t worry
Sperm can live up to 5 days - a woman can be fertile for up to ten
It can take six days for conception and another few for the fertilized egg to implant itself into the wall of the uterus

If you think there is reason to question it, then yes. Do your diligence, regarding paternity in the background. Too many men have been made into financial and emotional wrecks as a result of taking care of kids that aren't theirs.

Low motility doesn’t mean impossible. As far as timetable, you won’t really know the approximate date of conception unless you get an ultrasound. Going by last menstrual period can have you weeks off as far as the due date, possibly more than that. Is there anything else in her behavior that makes you think she’s cheating?
