Tell her how you are feeling. Her reaction will tell you everything you need to know. If it’s really eating you up and she really didn’t do anything wrong, she may be a little taken aback, but should have no problem proving to you that it’s your kid.
The people that pull the “how dare you question my fidelity” indignation usually have something to hide. If she truly doesn’t have anything to hide, and really does love you and care about you, she will do what it takes to ease your mind.

Also, it’s been a long time since I looked at this stuff, but you are the presumed father. I’m pretty sure you only have one year from birth to bring a disavowal action. So don’t sit around thinking maybe I can make it work and later regret it. You will be on the hook if you take a test 5 years down the road.

You can get a paternity test done now before the baby is born. You can get it as early as 7 weeks.
If you have doubts then its imperative that grow some balls.
You will be financially responsible for a kid that's not yours if you don't act fast.
Get the early test, if its not yours immediately file for divorce.
Most states will default a married man as the father regardless of actual paternity.
If it is yours and you make her get a test she will be mad, but she will eventually forgive you. Grow some balls get the test for your own sanity.

This is the case in LA. Get y’all jorts and wife beaters on for this one. My aunt (no pics believe me you don’t want them) and her husband never got divorced when he went to prison for running over her with his truck. So they separate while he is in jail, she starts dating a much younger man, gets pregnant and the estranged husband’s name is on the baby’s birth certificate as the father. You can’t make this shite up
