need a place in BR/hammond/northshore to donate a large quantity of mens & ladies clothes

cleaning out closets/attics/etc and we will have a bunch of clothes to get rid of, most of it nice stuff anyone know of or deal with a place i can bring them (preferably all of them)?

they'll be clean and boxed or bagged

You can try selling them to a second-hand store. I know there is one in BR but I can’t remember the name of it.

Is any of it cool? I used to have one of those easy rider fringe leather jackets and I grew out of it and I’d like another one if you have one

Just an FYI for the future, battered womens' shelters can use women and children's clothing.

Pretty sure clothes/fashion is what fills most of the landfills these days. So much waste comes from that industry.


Need like a huge natural disaster or something when they are bringing shiploads of clothes to entire nations.
