Of water or less...Crig, swimbait, wacky...couple 5s and 4s...had a boat 30 yrs from us catch a 9.32....weighed 2 10s and 2 9s at fin n feather saturday...going back next Tuesday. Anyone else go... I don't hunt much, but usually have a deer or two in freezer with occasional pig mixed in. Im sure that I will be doing all the processing at one time though.... Been offered several private jobs, however I would have to take a huge paycut. I'm too far along (Retirement wise) to leave. Never tried tilefish before. Caught some deep dropping 2 weeks ago. What should I do with them? Bake/Broil/Fry? Are they good table fare?
