When the Lord calls, its time to go. His schedule, not ours.

I think Bush kind of enjoyed the villain role and played it well with fans. He could be overly aggressive at times on the track, but he surely wasn’t the first that had that tag placed on him.
RIP and condolences to his family.

RIP.

I was at this race. Best race I ever saw live (even though I was hoping both would crash and Harv would win. )

Was the genesis of the "famous" Jr. sound drop "SLIDEJOB!"

Maybe? But the likelihood of getting sepsis from a sinus infection is very remote. You can actually die from a severe sinus infection especially with pressures associated that that kind of force and speed. That is pretty crazy

Last active driver in NASCARS cup series to pass was Dale Earnhardt in 2001. Both Kyle Busch and Dale Earnhardt drove for Richard Childress Racing when they passed. I can only imagine how they are going to do to move forward again. Sad to hear this.

Pneumonia instead of sinus infection. There was no mention of pneumonia that first day.

Sepsis.. freaking sucks. Had a friends 10 year old die of the exact same thing earlier this year. Never heard of it before. Perfectly healthy then dies within 48 hours. Somethings up, imo

It should also be scary how bacteria is becoming resistant to antibiotics.

Used to be called blood poisoning. Your immune system overreacts to an infection, blood pressure drops, organs don't get enough oxygen and start shutting down. Mortality rate is something like 30-40%. More with any comorbidities or if elderly.

I know way more about this than I would like to.
