Alaska Highway

1400 miles of the most spectacular scenery on planet earth, starting north of Seattle, hugging the west coast of Canada all the way up to Fairbanks AK.. goes thru Whitehorse, Yukon Territory et al.. need at least a couple weeks to do it right.. alternatively, if i find myself with 6 weeks or a couple months, start at the Florida Keys, drive thru America then all the way up to the Alaska Highway /Alcan

I have done the Alaska drive twice from corpus christi 15000 miles round trip, driving 300 mpd that's 50 days of strike drive time.

Its worth the effort, we took 4 months each time, literally driving north in the spring and south in the fall.

We did the prudhoe bay road north from Fairbanks in a class c. Above the arctic circle in July the sun never sets
