Missouri and North Carolina certainly do marijuana legalization better than we do in TN.
We literally re-criminalized it and took about 30 retarded steps backward as a state right AFTER Trump announced rescheduling it.

I live in Texas but am from Louisiana. I have a Louisiana Lifetime Hunting and Fishing Combo License that was given to me as a child.
The lifetime hunting/fishing license program Louisiana offers for young people is phenomenal. I believe mine was $300. No youth incentive on the Texas side. It’s $1800 for the combo

I'm from Louisiana but live in Florida. Of course with Florida there's only two options.
For Georgia, I would say historic cities. St. Augustine is fun for a night, but it doesn't truly feel like an actual city like Savannah does. St. Augustine also feels a lot more touristy and trashy. Savannah outside of River Street keeps that at bay.
I would also say Interstate Control Cities. With GPS now it's largely irrelevant, but FDOT is very inconsistent with control cities on interstate signs. GDOT seems to be very consistent.

The Free state of Florida has done a good job getting its liberals under control.

Oklahoma - Gambling/Resorts
Arkansas - Natural Beauty
New Mexico - Skiing
Louisiana - Culinary Arts
ETA: Obviously the are the most significant things in my humble opinion, not the least.

I moved from LA to MS in 2023.
I miss being able to walk around the corner and order a poboy, and throw a $20 into a video poker machine while I’m waiting for it.

Except for bourbon.
Tennessee doesn't suck, but Kentucky is king.

Although Georgia doesn’t border Louisiana, I still marvel at them removing the toll booths once 400 was paid. That shite would never happen in Louisiana. We would continue tolling that stretch of highway for 10 lifetimes…

What Oregon does better than Washington:
- sales tax (they have none)
- strip clubs (pretty much no rules due to court ruling)
- Pinot Noir

New Mexico- Mountain areas/skiing
Oklahoma- Nothing
Arkansas- There's all sorts of topography there that Texas just doesnt have. Very underrated.
Louisiana- The only way to have "Sportsmans Paradise" is to have Sportsmen. And pound for pound Louisiana has the finest Sportsmen I know of. Also, the food.
