Of State address of record. He does not go there. One has to get a private server appointed by the judge in order to do what is needed. There is at least one other suit going thru that process.

That article was insane!!! What a joke!! Instead of paying for people to go to Disney, where he got arrested, why not pay the medical bills of your employee that you withheld insurance on and other venders you owe money to Kelly. You had a company that had been successful for over 50 years and absolutely ruined it. I feel for the employees who rode the sinking ship out, they did nothing more than waste their time the way things turned out.

Last time I read something like that it was one of those records scrubbing services and it was for a woman involved in the murder of that sonic franchisee from back in the 1970s here. She’s in prison now I’m fairly certain.

This idiot sent out emails to all of us the Day before Christmas Eve in 2019 saying the company closed and to go to the bonding company for our last paychecks. He was not open in 2020 but did get 2 rounds of PPP. This is insanity!! Last week he got a pedicure and was walking around in Jesus sandals with a cross painted on his big toe................Seriously I can't make this stuff up......to bad I don't know how to share pictures on here.
