If his accountant says he is still $11mil in debt, add the $16 mil Prinz (?) bank wrote of the $24 mil of his First N BC bank loan that they bought from FDIC when they shut it down, plus the $20-30 mil the bonding company is going to lose finishing his bonded work, plus additional law suits on going he is going to lose. Only the Federal Government Can operate that way you would think.

He bought an asphalt plant in Florida. The first job went well, only lost about $250k or so as I have been told. Then it went down hill from there. He is being personally sued there for unpaid rock invoices. A small sub-contractor from Florida A few years ago came to BTR and placed yard signs around advising the world of Coastal Bridge’s habit of failing to pay. He has burnt his bridges to Florida. Texas is his next frontier.
Apparently our boy has been arrested for a DUI. Check WBRZ site

Kelly had the chance to get all the blue cross claims paid if he put up his personal assets in a guarantee blue cross would be paid per contract, he would not. Thus current status.

I heard he wants a more family style boat.
I had heard about “the river pool”, always thought there was a lot of exaggeration, boy was I wrong. This is his camp pool. Amazing.
Yes, his posse is deserting him.
The statement he has no money may be somewhat right. He probably has other assets. I am surmising the reason he has not filed chapter what ever is he would have to swear to the accuracy of his value to a Federal judge.
