"Concerning policies" aren't continually committing disproportionally high homicides in Baton Rouge nor Louisiana in general. Anyone, regardless of race, going to BR or NOLA is more likely to be harmed by blacks in those cities than they are "concerning policies".

Not sure if they are serious if they don't bring up the catastrophic homicide rate for African Americans in Louisiana. That absolutely should be a major concern for everyone.

But this is the NAACP...it's going to be some political bullshite.
