God forbid you give your wife something nice for risking her life and ruining her figure to have your child.

Have yall heard of this nonsense?

Literally just bought one. She (no) hasn't asked for anything, but it's something nice to do.

Get a piece of jewelry with the birthstone in it. One of the easiest gifts you'll ever buy her, and it'll likely be her favorite due to the sentimental value.

You're whining to the OT about spending $200-300?

Planet Fitness is $10 a month. Were you thinking of getting a 2 year membership?

No one is melting, I just wanted to use the word hussy.

I don’t think it’s as common as it used to be, if it used to be common at all. Idk if any of my friends bought their wives anything either.

ETA Seeing what Rummel posted, my wife bought herself something with the birthstones. I guess that’s close enough.

Seems selfish for someone about to have a kid to be worried about themselves or material things they want

If she’s not actively pregnant just say that’s cool to her and don’t make it an argument. You’ll get points for that. If she’s pregnant then you can argue it

Have heard of them, along with babymoons.

Both became a thing after we had kids thankfully. I did get my wife a small gift after she birthed our 2 kids, but I had no clue about any push present.
