I suggest you read about the Oedipus Complex and sleep with one eye open from now on.

Ahh, the joys of parenthood. I remember when my son got one of these stuck up his nose and it wouldn't come out. He was perfectly content with leaving it in there. Thankfully the doctor was able to snag it.
My daughter did this with a Lego like that size. It was embarrassing going to the ER to have them get it out but glad she told us.

My son was around 1.5 and put a block in our toilet. Tried everything I could to unclog it in the house. Finally unscrewed the damn thing and took it outside and separated into two parts. Pushed the block out with a hose.
I couldn’t even be mad at him, but it was a pain in the as to fix.

I’m not familiar with how to extract hot wheels from tailpipes, but based on first hand experience they’ll go right through a toilet p-trap when flushed
I had an issue where a kid dropped a car in the tub overflow drain. Never knew about spent months trying to clear it thinking it was a hair clog.

Real baws don’t have exhaust pipes
The day my neighbor bought it, I rode in a 69 Mustang convertible with open headers. Was kind of choking on the fumes. Stopped worrying about that when the original roof ripped off of it. It sounded like a bomb went off.

Did anybody suggest you start the car and let it run for a few seconds.
Just blow it out like we did potatoes.
