Ahh, the joys of parenthood. I remember when my son got one of these stuck up his nose and it wouldn't come out. He was perfectly content with leaving it in there. Thankfully the doctor was able to snag it.

I’m not familiar with how to extract hot wheels from tailpipes, but based on first hand experience they’ll go right through a toilet p-trap when flushed.
