You can sue but only for the cost of said dog. If that breed costs you 250 bucks the lawyer will charge you more, and u be in the hole.

Wow. Lots of pet haters on here. I would be careful what I say because it WILL come back to haunt you eventually. Sorry for your parents loss. Seems like a cute harmless dog.

So what were the mechanics of this happening? Was the groomer outside waiting?

You legally have to keep your dog on a leash when outside.

This is awful. I know your parents are devastated, and rightfully so. And you all should be outraged. You would hope that people who work with dogs for a living could somehow manage to be smarter than the dogs.

sad about the dog, but a dog that doesn't come to its master's call is going to get run over eventually.

What?

That is so stupid. There are millions of dogs that don't listen to shite that don't get run over. This groomer fricked up.

Because you are worried your dog will get run over if you let someone else cut their hair?

No. They barely knew the dog.

I wish our groomer would let my wife's dog run across the street. I'm sick of that dog.

Horrible. If there are sites on the net where reviews can be posted, I sure would blast them.
