This was my first thought reading the OP and responses in this thread.
My wife and I have both had the dreams where the other cheats or something bad happens, and we usually just laugh over them in the morning and spend the day a lot closer/hold eachother a little tighter than usual.
A lot of times you can parlay those dreams into some awesome sex

My wife does the same thing probably once a month. She fails to mention the dreams where she cheats on me.
