How could she not? You're trying to impress a bunch of strangers on the internet that a woman you work with looked at you. Lucky girl.

Lots of losers in this thread who are mad their female coworkers never look at them lol.
I don't think that's it. I think most of us are laughing at you and simultaneously hoping you don't kidnap her. Because obviously she's asking for it by looking in your general direction.
Or she's just at work and should be allowed to look at people and not have that means she wants to frick you. Call us crazy though.

In order for you to know that she is making eye contact with you means you are making eye contact with her.
NB4 the spinoff thread titled, "My male coworker makes eye contact with me every time I walk by his office."

Apparently you also make eye contact with her every time she walks by, or else you wouldn't know.

Hot take low Tboy. I think it’s pretty common to look up sometimes when you hear approaching footsteps. I don’t look up every time, but when I do and it’s her she’s staring straight at me every single time. Sometimes there’s a smile. It probably means nothing but I wanted the OT’s take to be sure.

maybe she's heard that you're going to be laid off and she feels sorry for you...

I was really fighting the urge to start that thread.

Doesn't matter what message she's sending, leave it alone if you like your job. Now days, the odds are stacked overwhelmingly against men.
Regardless how a consenting relationship begins, the ending could get complicated.
Bitches be crazy.
I'm qualified to speak on this. That being said, I probably would but I'm somewhat self destructive.

She’s about to report you to HR. Just go ahead and pack your shite up now it won’t be long. Then she will have your job.

She wants your job and is baiting you into hitting on her so she can report you to HR for harassment and get you fired

I know a dude named Steve. He is around 25. One of his female coworkers named Carla told him he was frickable. Steve became giddy and within a couple of weeks both he and Carla were getting it on.
Steve thought Carla was a bit bi-polar cause she had another dude on the side.
I told Steve to not jeopardize his future by potentially getting Carla pregnant. She wanted it raw as it appeared.
Turns out after about three months, Carla and Steve don’t even talk at the company and it creates an arkward situation. Apparently, Carla cut off the pussy and Steve on social media.
I hope Steve had fun because now he seems depressed. He is a good dude that almost created some major issues.

Probably making sure you’re awake if you’re on company’s time
