This is infuriating. I finally broke down and got IG last year and it’s even worse than FB. The first post I see is someone I know. And then I’ll scroll last like 15-20 things of ads, random people I’m not friends with, or promo videos for pages I don’t follow before I see a second person I’m actually friends with. It’s total nonsense.

I logged out of my account about 6 years ago and never went back. Life is a ton better

Outside of the occasional Facebook Marketplace browsing, I don't use it. Its full of chronically online boomers, single moms, and unemployed people. People I have nothing in common with.

I have to post on Facebook and IG for work purposes.

A lot of my Facebook friends/followers are haters who think I should be covering their school more.

I get a lot better reaction to content from kids on IG than the adults on FB.
