Truly one of the all time bad smells. Burn those shorts.

My dog once expressed his anal glands on my arm. I had to cut it off.

Not really, but the thought crossed my mind. It was disgusting. I'd probably burn those shorts.

Add a cup of white vinegar to the softener cycle.

He was sitting in my lap as we drove around town...he started expressing his anal glands when I started faster driving on the freeway. He has expressed them before, but never while he sat on me.

I love these shorts...Johnny O Tailgaters. I assume that a good washing will rid them of the smell but it’s an amazing stench.

Dear god. This is right up there with a Rebeloke thread.

It should come out in the wash, but pre-treat it to be safe.

Don't you get your dog groomed? They take care of that unmentionable part.

Where did you hear this term that made you want to run here and use it in a sentence?

I’d try some Fels-Naptha if you really are attached to the shorts. Alternatively there has got to be some hoarder on eBay with some new old stock of the shorts as a replacement.

What sort of woman drives around—on the freeway, no less—with their little accessory dog on their lap?

I have somehow managed to make it 40 years without ever being exposed to this phrase. So....thanks.

I have had my German Shepherd's glands expressed a couple of times. The last time the vet told me how easy it was and I could do it at home. I laughed and said there is a lot of things I will do for my dog, but I am not sticking my fingers in her arse doc, that is what I pay your for. Think they charge 25 to do it, but it is worth it not to have that smell lingering around.
