Solid strategy - she'll never do that again in the driveway. Now she'll just suck him off a block over.

As a mom, here's some insight from the female of the species.

1. ANY guy that says he wasn't going as far as humanly possible at thst age like its the girls fault is lying.

2. Your BIL was doing more than that at that age, or he wouldnt have reacted like an idiot. Again, if he says he wasn't, he's a liar.

3. Your niece is going to be horrified to go back to school tomorrow. It's likely already all over the school by now. There were a dozen better ways to handle it than that. I feel bad for your niece. It'll probably be awhile be for anybody asks her out again.

4. Being a mom of a guy, if that happened to my son, your a-hole BIL would wish his father would show up at his house. You threaten my kid, even implied, and that old OT saying that bitches be crazy?? Yeah.

Trashy as hell and could wind up with legal problems. The only way this would be acceptable is if Junior was being physically abusive.

We don't have the whole story here... Is the BF a kid he did not want his daughter seeing? Were they doing anything inappropriate?

Dick move.

However, I think a man/husband has every right to defend and guard his house with appropriate force. It's not like he shot at the kid. From what I've read he didn't even verbally threaten the kid. None of us have been told what this kid was like and whether he was the sort that the dad would have wanted around. Until she s 18, the man is well within his rights to scare away anyone he chooses from his daughter.

Not saying I think that's the correct way to convince this kid or the daughter he's right, but he did nothing illegal.

And to the idiot that wanted the second amendment to the constitution abolished over this sort of thing... you're a young fool.

You can't have a gun on you on your own property?

Is this even America?

Why not just put her on birth control and have the dude wear a condom

No need for her to be pregnant but at least minimize the possibility so he doesn't have end up on the TLC show unexpected

Your brother-in-law is pretty stupid if he doesn't think two 16 year olds are going to grope and make out on a date. Actually, she's probably already blown the kid and wasn't caught. If he can't handle this, tough shite, he hasn't much choice.

He'd already have a serious problem with your kid potentislly impregnating his daughter. So it sounds like you two gentlemen would have beef.
