Property values went up way before now. It’s crazy how much different that area is now compared to the 70s. Hot Springs is another place that has blown up and spread out. I grew up in hot springs and it’s a little hard for me to navigate now, and I went to school at the university in Fayetteville and all those towns have grown into one big town seems like.
It’s ridiculous…

we’ve added more than the population of France through legal immigration alone since the 70’s
what the frick did people think was going to happen to property values? you may not like supply side economics, but it’s the only truism in all economic theory. period

The richest little town in America.
She didn't have to live in Bentonville.

How I know this story is bullshite…
They’re $2.72 for 12 eggs in Bentonville as I type this. Sorry she moved during the egg shortage. Trader Joe’s sells them for $5.99/dz right now.

On top of that, maintenance costs piled up fast.
Within the first few months, I got a flat tire on a back road and had to replace it. Then came the routine upkeep: oil changes, tire rotations
she was only there for 5 months
What in the frick?

Chick is probably in her late 30’s and still trying to “find herself”.

Her story was insufferable to attempt to read.

She sounds great. Guaranteed she try to keep up with the Joneses. What kind of car did she buy? If I drank $7 coffee that would be a minimum $8k a year. I wanted to quit reading after she started with the coffee but I wanted to see how cunty she really was.

Honestly as someone in my early 30s, I have considered moving to NWA from Oregon but am alarmed at the social and dating scene. Seems more like a place to settle when you have a young family.
With that said this bitch sounds like a complete psychopath

it doesn’t matter where they go. that’s almost a 100 million people. add another 50-75 million people through illlegal immigration and the upward pressure on property sky rockets
and spare me the “it’s only 15 million” shite they’ve been saying since the 90’s. consumption data says there’s close to a 100 million illegal immigrants here
and it’s worth adding, just like in England, Germany, Italy, and France, this was all done against the will of the population. muh democracy
