Good grief dude, this is all women.
They all lust after Bad Boys and settle down with nice guys.

You can definitely tell there is no father in that family.
Judging by the brief interaction from the (presumed) mother it is likely not because he didn't want to be in the child's life. He was probably used as a means of financial support and was not allowed to have much if any interaction with the young girl growing up.
The (presumed) mother controlled the narrative about the father and the child probably grew up believing her father was a POS that didn't care about her, and possibly actually got to that point by paying years of child support and being denied a relationship with his daughter.
If this indeed the case this (presumed) mother has set her daughter up for a miserable life of failed relationships likely very similar to her own.
Love the end.
