In Zimbabwe they put a mini visa sticker on my passport and then stamped on top of it. It takes up a whole page. Everywhere else I've been has just been a stamp.

I know South Africa gave me a sticker (because it was the first time I got a sticker instead of a stamp) a little over a decade ago. I’m fairly certain Japan gave me a sticker a couple of years ago, but I would have to check my old passport.

China back before everyone went there for business. I was in Hong Kong when it was under British control and decided to do a day trip over there.

They stamped my passport and it subsequently came up in my TS security clearance review. The DoS people were not happy I went over there as it created a shite load of work for them to process my renewal.

Do countries stamp anymore?
It's been a while since I have used a passport, but the last time I went I didn't get any stamps

I haven’t traveled enough internationally, so I’ll just say Italy.

Mexico and Spain were my last two internationals since Japan (sticker, I think) and both used shite stamps that look straight out of the 80’s

I guess i’m a bit of a loser, because I’m in my 40s and i haven’t traveled abroad much, i’ve only had my passport stamped once.. but that one passport stamp was from traveling to Australia.. at the time, it was the longest single leg you could fly on Earth, 14 hrs LAX to Sydney.. so i guess if you’re gonna have only one, it’s not a bad one to have.

Nothing wrong with that, man. It takes less time to go from Paris to Moscow than New York to Los Angeles. We're a big country with a lot of shite to see and do.

Always working but don’t have the time or money to travel?

Sounds like a rough gig.
