It's my birthday and I'm celebrating by renewing my DL. Lots of people ahead of me. A few have passports, so been bored, and flipping through mine.

Q: what's your most interesting / rarest passport stamp?

"Interesting" is subjective, so I suggest the criteria is 'country least likely to have been visited' by the fine folks in line at the DL office / DMV.

Note: if it's an interesting place, but no passport stamp, it doesn't count. I'm talking to YOU, Apollo astronauts!

JP's answer: either Haiti, Oman or India

ZImbabwe for me..." Customs" was a tiny shack with armed guards with Ak-47's staring us down and I don't think I've ever been more intimidated.

Turkey and I guess you can throw Romania. I have a lot of stamps in other popular European countries though. I’m hoping for Madagascar and Seychelles Islands in 2020.

In Zimbabwe they put a mini visa sticker on my passport and then stamped on top of it. It takes up a whole page. Everywhere else I've been has just been a stamp.
