I got a sigma six belt about a year ago and almost immediately started getting calls from recruiters. If you are into warehousing or any logistical field it’s a game changer.

I have a six sigma black belt certification that I attained while working at a Fortune 500.
Its actually opened alot of doors than I didn't expect it to over the years.

Are you in an IT-related field? If so, then all those you mention have value.
All the Agile-related ones have value: CSM, CSPO, etc. AND, they are relatively easy to get.
Like I told the 20's ambitious kid on my team who wants to get all the certifications he can, getting a CSM is a joke: take a $1,200 two-day class which gives you the right to take the test. Study the Agile Manifesto and you'll nail it. He did. It does teach you the basics of the methodology and the ceremonies.
I've had a PMP for 15 years and CSM for 3. The PMP actually teaches you how to PLAN initiatives, something sorely lacking in the Agile world. Just look at the requirements for a PMP and it'll tell you how much you need to know. When people in the big corp world see that PMP after your name, they know they can't bullshite you.
So hopefully there's lotsa youngsters out there with this attitude:
I'll continue to be their boss.

Certification doesn't make you more proficient at your job. It's simply a marketing tool to let people know you met the requirements for certification.
Edit: I'll add that the process of learning what is tested can make you proficient. Just saying the cert itself isn't what does that.

What the hell is Scrum Master? Sounds like you’re a sexual deviant or someone who likes digging through the trash
