Went to the ER on Christmas Eve with a Gallbladder Attack which I know is caused by eating very fatty foods. I did and I did.

I'm vacationing in Austin, TX and I thought I've had the worst 12 hours of eating from a healthy eating perspective since my college days over 20 years ago. In the past 12 hours I've put down a Whataburger double cheese large combo meal, a In and Out double cheese combo meal, a large strawberry cheesecake shake, and loaded chicken fajita nachos from a local Mexican restaurant.

I cracked open a can of chicken noodle soup and drank the broth cold, threw away the noodles. Unsatisfied, I opened a second and repeated the process. Alcohol was involved

I stood on my counter to act like I was messing with something on top so my 2 year old didn’t see me eating a whole sleeve of Oreos and quarter gallon of milk because I couldn’t wait a half hour before she went to bed.

Ate a whole box of Little Debbie Chocolate Christmas Tree cakes over two days. Prolly could have done it in one, but I was trying to control myself.

It has something to do w Pecan Pies disappearing at an alarming rate.

My mom bought these little pecan pies from Oak Point in Central. They are delicious with a scoop of Sopapilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. I’ve eaten 4 in the last 7 days.
