I was taking the company's private jet with some coworkers to meet a client one day. I showed up to the airport a week early...trip is NEXT Tuesday.

Honestly just misread the damn date. The flight was with a bunch of high ups and I was the peon. Quite embarrassing for sure.

We do these workouts the last hour of the day,three days a week, for those who want to come they get a reward at the end of the year if they meet certain things.
Anyways, I run the workouts. Eveyone was watching me show them how to do a proper crunch. The room was dead silent then I slip the loudest fart I have ever done. Everyone is literally LMAO. I played it off but was truly really embarrassed.

I hit reply all one time as made a very inappropriate comment about something a higher up said. I meant to reply to a small circle of colleagues and I hit reply all. Almost immediately the "holy shite" you replied all emails started coming back.
It was in the middle of a meeting with the higher up. I thought for sure I was going to get fired. No one ever said anything.

I was an intern for a construction company, and directed some work to be performed in the field. Turns out I f'd up and caused some rework. Oops.
My superintendent comes into the office one morning, and proceeds to spell out how I'm just an intern and should stop trying so hard before I screw anything else up. This was in the trailer in front of everyone. People stopped to listen to the whole thing.
