It’s not foolproof, but to state that all things equal likelihood does change after so long of a number not hitting isn’t correct. ...

Not true when talking about probability of one number hitting. Over time when one number does not hit, the likelihood of that number hitting goes up. ...

Each spin you have a 1:38 chance to hit.
With each spin that does not hit the number you choose, the “probability” that the number you selected hits will go up. This is what probability is. ...

That’s definitely how probability works. My math might be wrong because of the chance the same number can hit multiple times, but that’s what I’m asking. ...

So for argument let’s use the $5 minimum for ease. Let’s also say you can/will spend $180.
They have 1-36 plus 0 and 00
This means 38 “opportunities”
If you played $5 on the same number for 36 times($180/5=36 hands you can play) you would have a 94.7% probability to at least win your money ...

Yea when we drafted him I said the same thing. If this guy had a defensive position he would have been a top 10 pick. His bat is really good from what I have read. His only downfall is position. I trust the Astros to figure that out and if he flat out can’t field we have the dh. ...
