Bham AL is perfectly fine. There's a lot of bums but unless you intentionally go out of your way to be in a place nobody should be, you have nothing to be concerned about. This list has so many inaccuracies and obvious missing cities it can't be taken seriously.
Some of these cities would make the list for sure, like Port Moresby, but this order is way out of whack and there are glaring inclusions and omissions.

Yeah, I did a quick Google of Rockhampton and while the property crime is high, its violent crime rate is relativity low
