I don't believe you. Black women are the worst people on earth.

In my experience it’s the extreme in either direction. Either hard working and normal or lazy ghetto trash.

Same for me.

Now, black men have been much better and more consistently hard working.

A couple of things.

First of all, spelling isn't used to measure intelligence, because spelling is counter intuitive. And secondly, I've worked with mass quantities of women over the years, many of whom are black and the only ones who have ever given me problems are white. No shite.

My experience has differed from yours

Black females can be the most exhausting people to work with (rather complain than get shite done). A few of them are aware of this negative stereotype and go the extra mile to reverse it. Feel bad for them but they are in the minority.

This has been my experience as well. Those who go against the stereotype are a pleasure to work with and have a positive disposition.

How many black women in positions of authority have you worked with? In a general sense, I haven’t found much difference between black and white women in the workplace. Given some authority, though, that changes quickly.

Mixed bag in my experience.

Those I knew that came from a stable family and/or had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ tended to be happy and work hard regardless of why they were hired.

You must work with southern/small town black women. The over educated, loud mouth citified black women are not outstanding. Far from it.

Had a black female supervisor and her white male supervisor take me from clean record to final warning in one day.
After they fricked me, I later found out they were fricking each other.

She at least admits this. quote:“We don’t promise perfection, I’m so happy that I never have, especially after I couldn’t spell Eagles right,” Parker said with a chuckle at an unrelated event in Kensington Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025. The comment got laughs from those in the room.

This is a woman with a master’s degree from an Ivy League school and c on z’s Pavlovian response is to defend her for not being able to spell something that a second grader can spell.

your excluding at least half of an entire demographic bc you're only discussing one's who work. furthermore, politics is not apples to apples. most black women in politics are specifically there to lord over others and avoid work. of course, that applies to nearly any demoncrat.

Most folks I worked with were good people. No other adjectives are necessary.
