My gestational math says a 24yo should be able to have approx 13 kids max.
Either Russian gestational periods are much shorter or she had a few pre-cooked ones show up along the way.

Of those 22, 9 were his from a previous marriage, 1 was hers from a previous marriage, and the rest were through surrogates
