He did, at Molly's on the market. She yelled at him in the middle of the bar. Not all gutterpunks are poor. Some are dumbass rich kids, with enabling parents (and presumably a mental illness). It's not the norm, but it happens. The chick who told me was a die hard liberal who worked at non profits, and trustworthy. I've never seen her so pissed as when she talked about it.
