It is a huge problem in Portland. Because this summer is also nice these kids flock to the city in May and then move south in September. It is a huge problem up there. Most of them are college educated Could make a conscious decision to live this lifestyle for some period of time. It’s crazy

My only problem is how rude these fricks are. Walking in the FQ last time I was in NOLA and they almost heckle people as they walk by and we’re constantly yelling at people with to go boxes asking if they can have their food, etc
