Just listened to the Tow company phone call... anyone who says they hear anything about the Nolan kid is lying.... Also... the guy on the phone seemed pretty calm, cool, and collected for someone who had just murdered a guy...
Boat was taking on water, he was keeping his cool very well.

I couldn't agree more. Absolutely nothing about these events strikes me as odd. Lots of his friends were out there that day, so I can't understand the intense focus on the ones he initially rode with.
It's well documented that they left, so why are we dismissing all of the other friends who were still around him that day to include other random people?
what likely happened...
Lots of people going out with lots of friends... The kids he rode with said "were headed back"
Nolan kid said "yall go ahead, imma ride back with so and so"
Kid drank too much passed out, ended up in water and no one really noticed because everyone else was also partying.

From my digging. The audio isn't fake.
There are multiple fake versions floating around. Several mainstream news outlets have been fooled. There are also fake transcriptions of the real audio.

Yeah, I don't know what grounds they have for a civil suit. Legal adult, partying with a bunch of people, chaotic atmosphere with boat issues, music blaring, partying, etc. He willingly got drunk out there, accidents happen. Tragic, but what are the grounds for a civil suit?

Underage drinking. Who bought the alcohol? Did Nolan buy his own? Did he just go from group to group to group and get offered drinks? Hard to prove who provided outside of his original group.
I could see a potential wrongful death claim.
I don't see where they could blame the original boat for leaving since he was still alive when they did. Parents said he wouldn't have stayed behind. Methinks they didn't know their son very well.

There are images released of them in the boat being towed away from the island by a friend's boat. The guy is on the phone with sea tow in the picd. There is no dead body in the boat. Lol. I have the pics but no way to post
If there was foul play it was not this group.

If you look at the second Brandon Tatum interview tape with his friend Warren, you’ll see that the friend group are leaving for the island from what looks like a million-dollar house on the water in the area back off of the Sound. The family clearly knew that these people have deep pockets, and that’s where they chose to focus their attacks.

Boats have rope therefore he must have been lynched.

They’ll sue for maintenance records and claim the boat wasn’t properly maintained which led to the bilge pump problem which led to the guys having to leave early which led to leaving Nolan behind which led to his death.

They can't sue for maintenance records.
They can mention boat issues in a paragraph of a lawsuit and request maintenance records as part of discovery.
They would have to sue the boat owner, not the person operating it.
Leaving Nolan behind was Nolan's choice.
I look forward to reading the lawsuits whenever they are made public.

Except the boat safely got all occupants back to dry land.
The only reason it was having water issues is because people were jumping in and out all day.

I'm on the verge of deactivating my facebook until this story goes away. Being on the MS coast, literally every single post, from people I don't even know or follow, is about the case every time I open my ap. It's even bled over into the fishing groups. Some of these accusations have to be straight up trolls as they are so asinine

That’s not entirely correct, if the boat’s bilge pump was working there would be very little water in the hull. More knowledgeable mariners would’ve just pulled the garboard play and run the water out on the island. In a pinch you could cut the wiring and go direct to the house battery.

Yeah this case is turned into fricking insanity but they'll be another outrage for everybody to focus on in a couple of weeks

I won’t pretend to know anything about bilge pumps. Just referring to what ole dude said on the Officer Tatum interview.

It’s crazy. I was just thinking about this. Is there a way to block every black person profile. They just don’t understand why none of them white people are arrested yet.
