At the moment that call was made and recorded, there were hundreds of people and dozens of boats within site of them.

The idea that there was a dead kid laying there and they are all screaming and yelling and no one saw it, is so fricking ridiculous that I feel dumb even addressing the absurdity.

You’re right they are mostly toothless and rarely used or applicable.

I was just pointing out that it’s pretty common for the other poster that was unaware.

TMZ is running with “some people” are claiming to hear the boys talk about Nolan being dead in the phone call about the boat sinking. I guess framing it that way absolves them from defamation. Meanwhile, eyewitnesses saw him alive on the island much later than that call. The whole thing is so tiresome.

March for Nolan yesterday and the media reported that Dozens were there.

Part of the problem with this whole case is , not enough people have experienced boating plus party community out on water. I had a boat or had friends with boats and did this stuff every summer a few times on either the Arkansas river Little Rock island or Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs for about 10 years. I only saw a handful of blacks in all that time probably b/c they usually can't swim.

The ratio of people with experience in that exact thing vs the general public has to be like 10 to 20%. One thing that I think is overlooked is how fast the sun can wear you down being in it 4 hours when you're socializing, let alone drinking too. I've swam the area about like circling a football field a few times around boats and when I got back to the boat was a lot weaker and more light headed than I thought i'd be and I had to work to keep my head above water b/c a boat that left 5 minutes ago can push a wave over your head.
