The allegation that Nolan's phone was tampered with simply because his mom thought there would be more content from that day on it is a reckless thing to say publicly. It also defies logic considering these kids are swimming, phones are packed away on a boat, and there is little to no cell signal to run these apps on.

Second, he insists that the video altercation could be Wells and sounds like Wells, even though several witnesses, including his so-called best friend, debunked this narrative days ago. He knows this... the family knows this... yet they continue to say this in public.

His constant insistence that Wells was abandoned on an island. He has yet to say that Wells and his crew were part of a larger friend group on several boats. Thanks to Jayvon Williams, we have the truth about this. Nolan Wells was NOT abandoned or left behind. He was surrounded by friends.

He is also calling the general conclusions by officials preposterous, as if a strong swimmer could defeat a rip current, or people have never been swept away and drowned off Horn Island before. All of this is designed to keep suspicion on the friends - who happen to be white.

Yes I don't like what Crump is doing at all. Personally, I was willing to give the parents benefit of the doubt originally. They wasn't the ones accusing anyone of murder, they just wanted to know what happened to their son exactly.

Tbh, if my child went missing, and wound up dead. And I felt as if the friends who were with them weren't being very helpful to me or giving satisfactory answers, I can understand hiring an attorney to help investigate wtf happened.

But from what I've seen of Crump, he's not trying to get to the bottom of things to uncover the complete truth. He is starting from the assumption that Nolan was murdered by his friends, and working backwards from that starting point. I could be wrong, but I doubt he will accept any other conclusion from this case besides Nolan being murdered.

Which, honestly is crazy to me. Even IF he was murdered. There were allegedly hundreds of people on the island. If you focus in on the friends and only the friends, that means you're potentially letting the real culprit go completely free.

I listened to a woman who claims to be CSI. She contends that they’re only waiting for the toxicology reports. The sheriff saying that there’s no indication of foul play means there’s no evidence of a crime on the body. No broken bones, etc. What we have is an accidental drowning.
I’m sure they’ll go after the boat owner/operator for leaving him on the island and the umbrella policy of the owner will pay up.
