She is either mixed race to some extent, or she had some work done (or both).
She is sans the nose and lips of most black females (minus 31 but pics are blurry and in background so not completely sure) and maybe the hair as well and has more whitish facial features.
I didn’t recognize her in this picture and thought she someone else who didn’t win until I matched the dress.
The cutest and maybe also the prettiest is the 5th place on the right in that 5th place image and should have placed higher (both 5th placers should have been higher), and with only the background pics I think 30 (the hottest from what I can see) & 31 should have at least placed over the 4th and 3rd place finishers. Maybe over the 2nd place as well, but I can just see profile pics of her (2nd place finisher) and in the background of pics.
I know these are not about looks anymore or as much as in the past (or even about having a vagina for some pageants), but that’s what my observations are about. I am not looking up anything else on them.
